I thought my problem was with my keyboard. I now believe it has to do with the internet connection. The only time I have problems is when I am trying to log in to e-mail or something on the internet. It works fine on my other programs not connected with internet. When I go to enter my user name or password, it's like it doesn't even read some letters. I have tried three keyboards and it doesn't seem to matter. Why can't I simly e-mail tech support instead of having to type on a forum?
Hey Mrs Jackie.
Could you answer some of the questions below to give a more detailed view of the problem?
General Solutions:
1) Try another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari) and see if they have the same issues.
2) Run an antivirus/antimalware program.

Which browser do you use to connect to the internet and read your email? If you have multiple installed, do all of them malfunction that way?
-----Some examples of web browsers are Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, or Chrome?
Do you use an email client to read your email or do you check it through the webbrowser?
-----Some examples of email clients are Thunderbird or Outlook?

Did you have the same issue logging into the forum or is it just on the email login?
Do you have the same issue when you type other information online? For instance, doing a search at Google, Yahoo, or Bing?
Do you notice any popup windows or does your browser randomly freeze?

Their support ticket system is undergoing some maintenance. When a problem is posted in the forum, it gets seen by many eyes and hopefully answered by people who have had the issue. Also, anyone who has this issue in the future can refer back to this topic.
I look forward to your answers and I hope this helps!
