Digital Telephone Login

Do I need to call and setup my login info for this, or is there a default password? Seems to me that upon start of the service some sort of password information would have been given to me, but I have looked over all my paperwork from the install and setup, and there isn't any information for the password. I have the username, but no password.

That information should have been provided to you on a work order when your service was initiated.  If it was not, please contact CityNet Tech Support at 382-2494 for assistance.
