:x I signed up for the triple pack digital select package back in November of last year. To date I have not been able to get it installed because I am told that my address is not correct and it is a problem with the supplier Net2Phone. I have called numerous times and even emailed Net2Phone and I can't get a satisfactory answer to what the problem is. Net2Phone never even acknowledged my email.
Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with the situation. I could really save money on my phone bill if I could just get the situation resolved!!
Is there EVER going to be a resolution?? I also have been told my address is not the only one with this problem. Can you please tell me when this will be done?

The problem actually stems from Net2Phone's provider, Level3 Communications. You are correct - your address is not the only one affected. Net2Phone attempted to work this issue out with Level3, but it seems that cannot be done. Therefore, Net2Phone is preparing to make other arrangements that will hopefully address this issue. In the meantime, we are also looking at alternatives to provide this service to our customers that have the address validation issue.
