Add 5% franchise fee to cable portion of charges. Add 911, USF fees to Telephone Service, and Installation Fees.
$19.95 one time telephone administrative activation fee (per phone line) plus any required installation fess will apply. Installation fees vary based on the service(s) selected. New phone jacks, cable outlets or wiring are not included in standard installation.
Fees apply for Directory Assistance, Operator Assistance, Nonpublished Numbers and Additional Published Listings.
HD TV Pak is included in the Budget Triple Advantage Package at no charge for 1st 12 months - thereafter upgrades to regular price.
All packages include the basic equipment required to receive services within the package: 1 cable/telephone modem, 1 digital set-top-box, etc. Additional cable digital set-top-box(s) are $6.95 each (limit 3)
All Equipment remains property of Plant TiftNet and must be returned in working order or will be charged to your account.
* 8mb/768k Internet is strongly recommended for more than two phone lines
** Business Music Choice requires a Business set-top-box rental ($4.95) for each location (limit 2)
